The location was central and convenient to explore the surrounding area. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with essential amenities like a TV, AC, and 24/7 hot water facilities. the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the various facilities available on, site, such as a well, maintained gym and a refreshing pool.
Wi, Fi connectivity was sometimes poor and intermittent in certain parts of the hotel.

The staff were friendly and the property was well-maintained. The rooms were clean and tidy, with necessary furniture, TV and AC. The washroom was also clean and came with essential toiletries. The 24/7 running hot water was a big plus point. The location of the property was convenient.
The mattresses are in a horrible condition, the springs can hurt one's body a lot. The bed covers and towels were worn out and desperately need to be replaced.

Another positive aspect was the strategic location of the hotel close to key attractions and business centers. Best Aspect: Courteous Staff the best aspect of my stay was the courteous and helpful staff who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They were always prompt in responding to my requests and made me feel welcome.
the worn, out mattresses with springs that hurt the body and the threadbare bed covers and towels were long due for replacement.
